Traffic sim

A short traffic simulator with a GUI.

Features include:

creating roads of variable lengths, speed limits and lanes.

Car spawn on the road and traverse, changing lanes, following speed limit and stopping at stop lights. Any red lights ran or crashes are added to visible totals.
